A product is eligible for return only in the case of physical damage or breakage during delivery.
Steps to Request a Return

Inspect the Product Immediately
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product carefully. -
Notify Us Within 24 Hours
If the item is damaged, email us at info@amoggh.com within 24 hours of delivery. -
Provide Proof of Damage
Share clear images or a video of the damaged product, including the outer packaging, to help us process your request efficiently.
Return Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

A replacement will be sent for the damaged item at no additional cost.

If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a store credit or refund, based on your preference.
Non-Returnable Situations
